As a Fool, Receive Me is an audio-visual installation presented as part of the group exhibition a...is alter(ed): Open Session 12 at The Drawing Center in New York (October 11–December 2, 2018).

Audio-visual drawing installation with a knife-etched drawing on an inkjet photograph, sculptural microphone, literature stand, etched glass, and an audio piece on loop (8:42 min). Dimensions variable.

 

The audio piece (playing on this page) was scripted by me (In Praise of CryBreaks, 2016) and read by R. L., a performance artist who wishes to remain anonymous.
